By working out with the trainers, I have kept myself healthy and in the best shape ever! When I was concerned about my weight, I met with a nutritionist trainer and lost 25 pounds with weekly meetings and workouts.

To be a senior citizen and to feel as healthy and happy as I do, is a great tribute to Better Fitness.

The new fitness center offers a great deal of new opportunities for those of us who wish to stay healthy. We can enroll in programs that include group yoga, running/walking sessions or Full Body Fit classes. If you enjoy working out with others, there is no place as great as this!” – Sara C.
